Crypto Exchange Fee Calculator
Which exchange is actually cheapest for your trading style? Enter volume, product mix and order type – get your personal annual cost across Binance, Bybit, OKX and Coinbase, ranked. EU/MiCA-aware.
All tools use publicly verifiable data with a visible as-of date, run fully client-side (no cookies, no tracking) and are information only – not financial advice.
How to use the fee calculator
Enter your monthly trading volume, the share of spot versus perpetual futures and whether you mostly place limit (maker) or market (taker) orders. The tool applies the base-tier rates each exchange publishes – Binance and Bybit read on 22 September 2026, OKX on 23 September 2026 and Coinbase on 21 August 2026 – and shows the yearly cost per exchange, ranked.
Worked example: 10,000 USD of spot volume a month at the 0.10% taker rate costs 10 USD a month, or 120 USD a year, on either Binance or Bybit before any rebate. With the Binance referral code PRM26 the 20% rebate brings that to 96 USD; the Bybit affiliate code PCNVIP changes neither the fee schedule nor the rewards; Bybit’s welcome gift is a general new-user reward. VIP tiers, exchange-token discounts and withdrawal fees sit outside the base rates and are explained on the fee comparison guide.
EU and EEA residents: Binance has been closed to new users since 1 July 2026 and Bybit is restricting its global platform for EEA residents in phases (notice of 29 June 2026); the calculator flags this, and the MiCA-licensed exchanges tracker lists the venues that do.
How These Tools Work
Published data only
Every figure comes from an operator’s own published schedule – exchange fee pages, provider pricing pages, public regulator registers. Nothing is estimated, and where sources disagree we say so on the tool itself rather than picking the flattering number.
Nothing leaves your browser
The calculators run entirely client-side. Your inputs – trading volume, subscription choices – are never sent to a server, never stored and never logged. There is no sign-up, no email gate and no tracking cookie.
Visible as-of date
Fee schedules and promotions change without notice. Each tool carries the date its underlying figures were last verified, so you can judge how current they are instead of trusting an undated number.
Estimates, not quotes
Results are indicative comparisons based on base-tier published rates. They exclude spreads, funding rates, withdrawal fees and volume discounts. Always confirm the current terms on the operator’s own page before acting.
Which Tool Should You Use?
| If you want to know… | Use | What it accounts for |
|---|---|---|
| Which exchange is cheapest for how I actually trade | Crypto Exchange Fee Calculator | Monthly volume, spot versus futures mix, maker versus taker style, BNB and referral discounts, and EU/MiCA availability |
The tool is free to use and require no account. They are information tools, not financial advice – cryptocurrency trading in particular carries substantial risk, and a lower fee does not make a trade profitable.
