Diese Datenschutzerklärung richtet sich nach dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (revDSG, in Kraft seit 1. September 2023) sowie, soweit anwendbar, der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).

2. Grundsätze

Wir verwenden auf dieser Website keine Cookies zu Marketing- oder Analysezwecken. Es werden keine Analytics-Tools (Google Analytics, Matomo etc.), keine Tracking-Pixel und keine Social-Media-Plugins eingesetzt. Eine personenbezogene Profilbildung findet nicht statt.

3. Hosting (Auftragsbearbeiter)

Diese Website wird gehostet von Kinsta Inc. auf der Google Cloud Platform. Beim Aufruf der Website werden technische Serverdaten (IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Zugriffszeitpunkt, abgerufene URL, Referrer) in Serverlogs erfasst.

  • Zweck: Sicherheit, Stabilität und Verfügbarkeit der Website
  • Rechtsgrundlage (DSGVO): Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse)
  • Speicherdauer: in der Regel 14 Tage, danach automatische Löschung
  • Bekanntgabe ins Ausland: Daten können in die USA übertragen werden. Kinsta ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; zusätzlich wurden Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC) abgeschlossen.

4. CDN, DNS und Sicherheit (Auftragsbearbeiter)

Für CDN, DNS und DDoS-Schutz nutzen wir Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare verarbeitet beim Seitenaufruf technische Daten (IP-Adresse, HTTP-Header) und setzt aus Sicherheitsgründen technisch notwendige Cookies:

  • __cf_bm — Bot-Schutz, Speicherdauer 30 Minuten
  • cf_clearance — Anti-Bot-Verifikation, Speicherdauer 30 Tage
  • Zweck: Sicherheit gegen Bots, DDoS-Schutz, Lastverteilung
  • Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an Sicherheit). Diese Cookies sind technisch notwendig und unterliegen nicht der Einwilligungspflicht nach Art. 5 Abs. 3 ePrivacy.
  • Bekanntgabe ins Ausland: USA. Cloudflare ist nach EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; SCC abgeschlossen.

5. Schriftarten (lokal gehostet)

Diese Website lädt Schriftarten (Barlow und Barlow Condensed) ausschliesslich von eigenen Servern auf der Schweizer/EU-Infrastruktur. Es findet keine Übertragung von Daten an Google Fonts oder andere Drittanbieter im Zusammenhang mit Schriftarten statt. Die Schriften werden unter der Open Font License lokal eingebunden.

6. Affiliate-Links und Drittanbieter-Cookies

  • cf_clearance — anti-bot verification, retention 30 days
  • Purpose: bot protection, DDoS mitigation, load balancing
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security). These cookies are technically necessary and not subject to consent under Art. 5(3) ePrivacy.
  • International transfer: USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; SCC in place.

5. Fonts (locally hosted)

This website loads fonts (Barlow and Barlow Condensed) exclusively from its own servers on Swiss/EU infrastructure. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts or any other third-party provider in connection with fonts. Fonts are bundled locally under the Open Font License.

6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Cookies

This website contains affiliate links to third-party services (notably Bybit, Binance, NordVPN, Kinsta, TradingView and affiliate networks such as Impact.com). When you click on an affiliate link:
