Referral code and bonuses

What is the Bybit referral code in 2026?
PCNVIP. Entered at registration (the invite link pre-fills it), it gives welcome rewards after signup and identity verification – currently advertised as 20 USD on the invite page as a limited-time campaign – plus access to tiered deposit bonuses of up to 30,000 USDT in the Rewards Hub.
Does the Bybit referral code lower trading fees?
No. Bybit’s fee schedule is the same with or without a referral code: 0.10% on spot and 0.020% maker / 0.055% taker on USDT perpetuals at the base tier. Lower fees come from VIP tiers and maker orders, explained in Bybit fee stacking.
Is the 30,000 USDT deposit bonus real?
It is the top of a ladder that pairs deposits with trading tasks, reached only with a deposit of 250,000 USD or more and 150 million USDT in volume. Smaller deposits unlock smaller bonuses, starting at 10 USDT for 100 USD. Bonuses are trading vouchers: the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn, profits made with it can, and each voucher expires.
Can I add a referral code after registering?
No. Bybit accepts a referral code only during registration. An existing account keeps access to the general promotions in the Rewards Hub but not to the referral-linked bonuses. Options are on forgot the code at signup.
My deposit bonus was not credited. Why?
Bybit runs a risk review after the qualifying deposit; bonuses usually appear within three days. If nothing shows after that, check the tier threshold, the trading task attached to it and the voucher expiry, then contact support with the deposit transaction ID. Referral code vs invitation link: which should I use?
Either. The link pre-fills the same code; typing PCNVIP manually has the same effect. The link is simply harder to get wrong. See code vs link.

Where Bybit works

Does Bybit work in Germany and the rest of the EU?
Through Bybit EU. Bybit EU GmbH is licensed under MiCA by Austria’s FMA and serves the EEA except Malta; the global platform bybit.com stopped serving EEA residents on 1 July 2026. Germany, France, the Netherlands and every other EEA country register at bybit.eu. Details on Bybit not working in the EU.
Does Bybit work in Switzerland?
Yes, on the global platform: Switzerland is outside the EEA, so the 1 July 2026 change does not apply. Our test registration with PCNVIP was made from Switzerland.
Is Bybit available in the US or the UK?
No. Bybit does not accept US residents in any state, and it stopped serving UK retail customers in 2023 after the FCA’s financial-promotions rules took effect. Bybit lists the restricted jurisdictions on its registration page.
Does the PCNVIP code work on Bybit EU?
PCNVIP is a code for the global platform. Bybit EU runs its own promotions for EEA residents; the campaign that ran until 31 July 2026 has ended, and what EEA users get now is on Bybit EU bonus.

Account, KYC and safety

Do I need KYC on Bybit?
Yes. Identity verification with a government ID is required for deposits and withdrawals, and the welcome reward is tied to completing it. Verification usually takes minutes to a few hours.
Is Bybit safe to use?
Bybit is a large centralised exchange with a licensed EU entity, but holding funds on any exchange carries counterparty risk. Withdraw what you do not trade, use two-factor authentication, and check the licence status of the entity that serves you on the MiCA exchange tracker. Nothing here is financial advice.
What happens when Bybit delists a coin?
Spot pairs close on the announced date and deposits end at the same time; you should close positions and withdraw before the cut-off. In the August 2026 round the affected spot pairs closed on 25 August. Current deadlines across exchanges are on delisted coin: deadlines and options.
Can I trade Bybit from TradingView?
Yes. TradingView’s broker integration includes Bybit, so orders can be placed from the chart and executed on your Bybit account. The setup is on connecting TradingView to Bybit.
